Refund Policy
We keep things simple and transparent about how credits work on Arcframe.
Last updated: 25 May 2026
1. All Purchases Are Final
All credit purchases on Arcframe are strictly non-refundable. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or refunded to your original payment method under any circumstances, including:
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality
- Unused credits at any point
- Account closure or voluntary cancellation
- Changing your mind after a purchase
- Failure to use the service within any given period
AI generation is a probabilistic process and outputs vary by design. We encourage you to use our free starting credits to evaluate the platform before making any purchase.
2. Credit Restoration for Failed Generations
This is the only exception to our no-refund policy.
If a generation job fails due to a technical error on our side — such as a server error, AI provider outage, or infrastructure fault — and no usable output is returned, the credits consumed by that job will be automatically restored to your account balance.
A job qualifies for automatic credit restoration when:
- The job status is recorded as Failed or Error in your account
- No output (video, image, audio, or 3D file) was delivered to your assets
- The failure was caused by the platform or its infrastructure, not by an invalid prompt or unsupported input format
Credit restoration for confirmed failures is processed automatically. If you believe your credits were not restored for a qualifying failure, contact us at support@arcframe.ai within 14 days of the failed job.
3. What Is Not Covered
Credit restoration does not apply in the following situations:
- Subjective dissatisfaction — the generation ran successfully but you dislike the creative output. AI outputs are inherently varied; we cannot guarantee a specific aesthetic result.
- User error — the job failed because of an invalid prompt, an unsupported file format, or an input that violated our usage guidelines.
- Partial outputs — if an output was delivered but is of lower quality than expected, it does not qualify for credit restoration.
- Old failures — failure events older than 14 days from the date of the failed job are not eligible.
- Free credits — complimentary credits granted at signup or through promotions follow the same rules but are not eligible for any cash-equivalent claim.
4. No Cash Equivalent
Credits have no cash value and cannot be converted to currency at any time. They exist solely as a mechanism to access Arcframe's AI generation services.
