By accessing or using Arcframe (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses any part of the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Arcframe is an AI-powered creative generation platform that allows users to generate video, image, audio, and 3D content using various AI models. The Platform is accessed via a credit-based system.

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or model on the Platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@arcframe.ai if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

Access to AI generation features requires credits. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted from your balance when a generation job is submitted.

• New accounts receive a complimentary starting credit balance at no charge, subject to change at our discretion.
• Paid credits and promotional credits carry no expiry date unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax). A GST tax invoice (SAC 998315 — Software as a Service) is issued automatically for every payment.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the Platform to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), deepfakes designed to deceive, or any content that violates another person's rights.
• Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary components of the Platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialise raw API access to the Platform without prior written consent.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these rules, without notice or refund.

Your uploads: You retain all rights to content you upload to the Platform. By uploading, you grant Arcframe a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested generation.

Generated outputs: Subject to these terms and any applicable third-party model licences, generated outputs are made available to you for personal and commercial use. For high-stakes commercial campaigns, we recommend reviewing the licence terms of the specific AI model used, as individual model providers may impose additional conditions.

Platform IP: All software, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property belonging to Arcframe or ESarav Education LLP remain our exclusive property. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our brand assets, logos, or trademarks.

Arcframe is a tool that facilitates AI-powered generation. We do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for specific outputs generated at user request. AI outputs are probabilistic in nature and may not always meet your expectations or be factually accurate.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the Platform, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

We endeavour to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or factors outside our control.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service downtime, data loss, or interruptions in AI model availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ESarav Education LLP and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunity
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount of credits purchased by you in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ESarav Education LLP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@arcframe.ai. Any remaining credits at the time of closure are forfeited as per our Refund Policy.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

We may revise these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or via a platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
